Subhash Mangat and Group was founded in 1969 by Late Shri Mangat Rai Baboota, a man whose approach to business was defined by integrity long before it became an industry talking point. In 1971, he formally established the mission that still guides us today: to conduct every transaction with honesty, openness, and genuine trust.
His philosophy was clear: property consultants are not salespeople. They are advisors, and an advisor's value lies entirely in the quality of their word. He built a firm where clients returned not because they had to, but because they wanted to. That track record of repeat investors is one of the most enduring achievements of his legacy.

Second generation steward of the Subhash Mangat legacy. Sanjeev grew up in the family business and has modernised every dimension of it, from production management and client relations to sales systems and inventory oversight. He oversees the company's financial direction and project growth strategy, expanding into new sectors while keeping the founding values intact.

Director
A seasoned professional with expertise spanning hospitality, retail, and construction. Vivek manages relationships with clients, vendors, and government agencies, and has spearheaded the strategic Joint Venture agreements that have given SMG stability and growth through challenging market conditions. His cross-sector experience brings a breadth of perspective that sets SMG apart.
